Why a new storefront, and why now

The UAE’s industrial-electrical market has been served reliably for two decades by phone-and-counter trade. That model works — many of our customers prefer it and will keep using it. But over the last few years a different need has grown alongside it: procurement teams clearing 50- or 500-line bills of materials, design engineers checking part-availability while the BOM is still in CAD, panel builders needing to know today whether a 25 A contactor with a 24 V coil is on a shelf in Dubai before they commit to a delivery date.

EPFINDER is the storefront for that second case. The same warehouse, the same authentic supply chain, the same engineering team — but accessible in a browser, searchable by part number, model code, or attribute, and quotable in one click.

• Search across the full Emirates Panel in-warehouse stock — over 50 authentic brands, including ABB, Schneider Electric, Weidmuller, Siemens, Phoenix Contact, Eaton, Lovato, Theben, Hager, and Mitsubishi Electric.
• Add items to a quote cart, request a project quote, or buy directly online for smaller orders.
• Filter by electrical rating, brand, certification, or product family.
• See live stock availability — items shown as in-stock are physically on the shelf and ship same-day on orders placed before 14:00 GST.

What’s coming next

The launch is the foundation. Over the next few months you will see structured product categorisation (every product organised by family and attribute), conversational search (describe what you need in plain English), image-based product identification, and intelligent BOM matching that takes a CSV / Excel / PDF / photo upload and returns line-by-line stock availability. We will announce each addition on this page as it goes live.

Nothing changes about how you have been working with us. Phone, email, and walk-in at our Dubai office (Al Maktoum D89 Street) all continue exactly as before.
