Entrelec C10/10.P spring-clamp protective-earth (ground) terminal block, 10 mm² (20-6 AWG), 1 cm pitch. Green-yellow, grounded to the DIN rail (TH35 / EN 50022). Screwless cage-spring connection; same footprint as the C10/10 feed-through. Standards IEC 60947-7-1; UL 1059; CSA C22.2 No.158.
